New Roots Folk Competition – New Roots is the first place that I performed solo on melodeon. I recommend anyone under 24 to enter.
Jazz Ceilidh Project – JCP is my ceilidh band, available for bookings. Please get in touch!
Cambridge University Ceilidh Band – I regularly perform with CUCB and have done for the last 3 and a half years.
Pip Ash – Pip is the astoundingly talented cellist from There and Back Again, the folk piano trio with whom I thump a piano.
Alison Rowley – Alison is a friend of mine from CUCB who runs Cunning Plan, a ceilidh band that I play with from time to time, as well as performing with Mrs Trevor’s Deep Freeze Secrets (no, I don’t understand the name either).
Marianne Neary – Marianne is another friend from CUCB, who is performing as a singer songwriter in folk clubs and festivals, backed by a band which includes me.
Ollie King – Ollie is a friend of mine from Morris – a fantastic box player and accomplished singer.
Tony Woods – Tony is my uncle and a superb musician, playing jazz partly inspired by traditional music.
Michael Rowbotham – Mike is the chap who fixes my boxes when they break, and is also responsible for my Super-Preciosa and Impiliput.
Martyn White – Martyn has done some tuning work for me and comes highly recommended.
Sparrow Violins – Tim is a great friend of mine and a talented luthier. He is one of only two makers in the country who will construct Hardanger Fiddles to order.
Mel Biggs – Mel is a melodeon player, teacher, artist and fellow EAC Summer School Alumnus.
